The 2017 ACA fulfillment services include the printing and mailing of 1095-C forms to employees. These forms are due to employees by March 2, 2017 (the original deadline of January 31, 2017 was extended to March 2nd in late November). Customers that purchase this service will pay a one-time fee of $2.00 per form. Customers who want to use this printing and fulfillment service must complete the following by February 22, 2017:

  • Sign the NGE agreement
  • Pay the full amount due
  • Upload all of the 1095-C forms
